Community Stabilization
Community Stabilization services are short-term and designed to support individuals and their natural support systems following a crisis response.
Interventions may include:
- Brief therapeutic and skill-building interventions
- Engagement of natural supports
- Crisis de-escalation and stabilization
- Coordination of follow-up services
Mental Health Skill Building (Ages 18+)
Skill Building counseling services help adults develop practical life skills that promote independence, stability, and long-term wellness.
Focus areas include:
- Maintaining safe and stable housing
- Employment maintenance and readiness
- Financial management
- Medication understanding and adherence
- Community and transportation resources
- Developing effective coping mechanisms
- Interpersonal and social skills
